09.06.2023 – ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE ASSOCIATION OF INDUSTRIES OF THESSALY AND CENTRAL GREECE IN VOLOS WITH MARGARITIS SCHOINAS AS SPEAKER
The Annual General Meeting of the members of the Association of Industries of Thessaly & Central Greece for the year 2023, on Friday 9 June 2023 at the ERGON SHOWGROUND event hall at Tsalapata, in Volos, with the Vice President of the European Commission Mr. Margaritis Schoinas as the keynote speaker was a success.
Taking the floor, Mr. Margaritis Schoinas, after thanking the Association of Industries of Thessaly & Central Greece for the honorary invitation and all participants for their presence, he referred to the initiatives of the European Union for the promotion of the competitiveness of the European economy and regional development in a complex international economic and geopolitical environment.
The event closed with a panel discussion between the Vice-President of the European Union, Mr. Margaritis Schoinas and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association of Industries of Thessaly & Central Greece, Mr. Athanasios Syrianos, which was coordinated by the journalist Mr. Sotiris Polyzos, Director of the TRT television station.
The key topics of this year’s General Meeting of the Association focused on: “Europe and Regional Development”. For another year the event was supported by, among other companies, Hellenic Halyvourgia SA, as Silver Sponsor.
